BRM Industries CEO and President Ray Mangini was born with a natural curiosity and a talent for mechanics, often found taking apart and reassembling bicycles, dirt bikes, and cars. This early fascination with fixing things laid the foundation for a career deeply rooted in aerospace manufacturing, a legacy that traces back to his family. With a grandfather who served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Pratt & Whitney and a father who excelled as a Materials and Supply Chain Manager at a renowned helicopter company, the aerospace industry was woven into the fabric of his upbringing.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005, Ray went on to pursue an MBA, graduating in 2010. His educational background equipped him with a robust understanding of both technical and business principles, enabling him to navigate the complexities of the aerospace sector.

In 2005, Ray began his professional journey at Pratt & Whitney, the esteemed OEM jet engine manufacturer. Over the course of a decade, he climbed the corporate ladder, starting as a Business Analyst in the Compression Systems Module Center and advancing through various roles, including Material Analyst and Materials Manager. In 2014, he took on the role of Global Supply Chain Account Manager for the F135 program, showcasing his strategic expertise in managing intricate supply chains.

Despite his success in the corporate world, Ray always held a dream of entrepreneurship. In 2015, he seized the opportunity to realize that dream by purchasing BRM Industries, stepping into the role of President and CEO. This transition marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career, allowing him to leverage his extensive experience and passion for the industry to lead and innovate within his own business.
